For quite some time before I dreamed of collecting up artist plates for my restaurant if I could be a head chef. If I would make own original plates by Japanese artist, I had to start from human relations. If I choose to factory production, I purchase smoothly by catalog books I like to use with, but I am still a common Japanese chef.
