I suggest that the food business is fiercely competitive and constant innovation is the top priority in KSA.
So nobody's dozing. Let's demolish one assumption that some people have.
They tend to suppose that a leading company with a long record of success may be sitting on its laurels.

Speaker of Saudi Business seminar in Tokyo
This photo looks like I’m a teacher who dressed suit and tie in somewhere like a school.
I am just reviewing my speech at Saudi Arabia business seminar in Tokyo in February 2019.
The Japanese audiences were looking for new business chances of agriculture and fishers field of Saudi Arabia from five professional speakers including me, but It’s the first experience as a seminar speaker for me, therefore, I am just focused to suggest about the menu product line from a chef’s standpoint, marketing on new categories guest target, the differences of emotional value and functional value.
Why search for information that is trite and cliched?
That's my main point of view we need to instill in young businessmen who will visit and stay in Saudi Arabia.
Because I concerned about differences in Japanese and Saudi corporate culture.
I tend to admire the Japanese work ethic, employees go out together for dinner to socialize and bolster group tie, but in Saudi Arabia, by comparison, they value their home life, leisure time and individual freedom as well.
Young Japanese businessmen need to know that devoting more time to collect competent information is vital.
They also have to improve a skill that to do constantly upgraded with local peoples.
In other words, Too many Japanese businessmen are too busy or too boastful to do any recognitions in front of the new technologies.
Do I sorry for them, they are surrounded by conservative big giant news media firms.
Therefore that might be an uphill battle against Japanese senior peoples who proud of Japanese corporate history if they need to make a business footprint in Saudi Arabia.
Not to change the subject, how many chefs can turn out with new ideas for innovative growth by speeches, for example?
It is rare to find a good chef who are also good at ambition and, can know food business inside out, counsel clients and talk to the media or investors.
Over the long haul, Saudi Arabia agriculture and fisher business industry for Japanese businessman doesn't need professors or president speakers, we just need to make enough time networking with real people. I wonder if young businessmen are networking with real local peoples for good tips.
True go-getter Saudi people’s suggestion is something that must be part of our corporate makeup.
It’s a business that not regulated, so you could get stuck with a lemon.
But that kind of bonding opens up a business chance right away.

Welcome to Riyadh. All of the Japanese businessmen.
I’m Taki, Executive chef at Yokari, and with me are volunteers, Students at a national university in Riyadh and studying the Japanese language.
The new reality of the food industry in Saudi Arabia is that new business comer in KSA must always be prepared to adapt what citizens prefer. And not only that. I’ve learned to make domestic originals without copying of neighborhood Dubai.
Most of the local people don’t know the food trends.
Sushi is quite popular but no relating cultural symbols of Japan for them.
All of the local people love food without vegetable and fresh seafood.
All of the audiences were completely speechless about the non-positive market report of me,
But deep down I feel that’s how it should be to realize them catch and grab their potential business chance.
And I was sure they learned a lesson by Saudi volunteers opinions which are the same with me.
I could empathize their lament .
I had a similar problem to propose my food strategy in Riyadh when I served several new dishes influenced by Dubai in front of local guests in the first three months.
I recommend making enough time networking with real people, not on the expats' community, getting in touch with Saudi food lovers in Riyadh could give you new and different leads.
Meeting people seems just as important to Riyadh business.
But I trust all of the audiences ate our tasty food very well.

Not to change the subject, but I would like to be an attractive handsome man
That chef deserved to my goal for.
Do you agree with me?
The students absorbed in my unique stories why I choose the chef, but that’s a subject close to the young generation’s hearts forever and ever.
But Japan restaurant industry didn’t give any chefs the cool job offer that was archived of great financial package to prepare to attract.
I suppose almost two-thirds of chefs just worked enthusiastically in the same philosophy as the old days.
They assume that working hard and contributing to a restaurant’s success will be rewarded, or feel that they can build their careers to prepare to be a restaurant owner.
but they can’t be sure.
We need extra income. Averaged income assets just don’t generate enough cash flow for future goals.
I started into the restaurant company, I thought I would pick up some experience for ten years and set up my own restaurant. I’ve changed my mind.
International Japanese chefs gave me the interest when I was 30 years old over and above others, their status in a domestic restaurant.
In my own position at KSA, I would be a Japanese food ambassador for keen Japanese Riyadh peoples to be adept as local preferences.
That rarely happens, Though.
This is the best country I’ve ever worked with.
