First of all, let me thank you for visiting my page.
I have been looking forward to seeing you.
My may of self-introduction, my name is Taki Sato from Tokyo Japan.
For over 7 years I worked for an international Japanese restaurant in the Middle East.
I am actually a leader of restaurants’ kitchen operation,
but spent a lot of time at the office desk, developing a new event,
such as the Japanese tea ceremony class, and putting together a relationship with the embassy of Japan.
About three years ago, I Joined recent Japanese restaurant in Riyadh which is the capital city of Saudi Arabia, do the role of a boss in the 44 international employees’ teams.
and I am still learning about the importance of having compatible team members.
Another asset is a command of contemporary Japanese cuisine skills since I studied at a popular Japanese restaurant in New York City at the age of 34.
I recognized the Japanese chef has to do as the Romans do, has to know local preferences.
I could survive that. because of I have a kind of pioneer spirits. That's what I thrive on.
I suspect you feel quite the same. Is that true?
